A Fairwell bookkeeper reviews the actual accounts and reports inside your QuickBooks file.

02

$300 Flat Price

No surprise charges. Cleanup work is never started without a separate approved scope.

03

Written Findings

You receive a clear report showing what looks right, what needs attention, and what should happen next.

04

Credit If You Continue

Begin monthly bookkeeping within 30 days and the full $300 is credited toward your first invoice.

The Review

A straight answer. Nothing assumed.

Fairwell opens your QuickBooks file and reviews the accounts that matter most: reconciliations, categorization, receivables, payables, payroll mapping, and the balance sheet.

You get a written report, not a sales call. Keep it, hand it to your CPA, or use it to scope cleanup on your own terms.

$300

$300 credited toward your first invoice if you start monthly bookkeeping within 30 days.

This is a bookkeeping records review. Cleanup, corrections, tax filing, and ongoing bookkeeping are separate services.

Areas we review.

Bank And Card Reconciliation

We identify unreconciled periods, unexplained differences, and accounts that do not agree with available statements.

Uncategorized Transactions

We quantify old uncategorized activity and flag transactions that still need clarification.

Chart Of Accounts

We identify duplicate, vague, cluttered, or misleading accounts that weaken the reports.

Accounts Receivable

We flag stale invoices, negative balances, duplicate activity, and unresolved customer credits.

Accounts Payable

We flag old bills, duplicate entries, vendor credits, and balances that may no longer be valid.

Payroll And Sales Tax

We review account mapping and compare liability balances with the available payroll and sales tax reports.

Loans And Owner Activity

We identify personal activity, owner transactions, and loan payments that may be classified incorrectly.

Balance Sheet

We flag negative, stale, unsupported, or unexplained balances that may make the financial reports unreliable.

You get a written report. Not a vague phone call.

The report identifies the accounts reviewed, what we found, why it matters, and the recommended next step. You can keep it, send it to your CPA, or use it as the starting point for cleanup.

We review your bank and card reconciliations, chart of accounts, receivables and payables, payroll and sales tax mapping, and balance sheet. You get a written, account-by-account report once the review is complete.

Two options: export a few reports directly from QuickBooks yourself, or grant us direct read-only access to your file. We'll send full instructions for both by email right after you request your review.

You keep the full written report either way. There's no obligation to continue. The review stands on its own at $300.
